Calgary police and Pemberton RCMP are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Calgary man.
Marshal Iwaasa, 26, was last seen by family in Lethbridge on Nov. 17. He told family he was returning to Calgary, but has not been seen or heard from since, according to police.
On Monday, Pemberton RCMP found a burned-out vehicle that they believe belongs to Iwaasa. Iwaasa’s family reported him missing after they were notified of the vehicle recovery.
Iwaasa is described as 5-foot-11 tall, weighing about 170 pounds, with brown eyes and shoulder-length brown hair that he usually wears tied back, and a moustache.
He was last seen wearing a green hoody, grey toque, red hi-top shoes and black pants.
Anyone with information about Iwaasa’s disappearance, or his movements since Nov. 17, is asked to call Pemberton RCMP at 604-894-6634 or the Calgary Police Service at 403-266-1234.
