Waterloo Regional Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person from Kitchener.

Ebube Cyril Okafor-Oguerina, a 20-year-old male who resides in Kitchener, was last seen on February 17, 2022, in the area of Old Carriage Drive.

Mr. Okafor-Oguerina is described as a Black male, approximately 5’11” tall, with a large build. Mr. Okafor-Oguerina was last seen wearing a large dark coat that went past his waist and dark coloured pants.
