Kingston Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing male, Jonathan FOWLER. FOWLER is 34 years of age and was last seen approximately one-and-a-half years ago.
FOWLER’s family has become concerned for his welfare, and with the help of Kingston Police, are asking that if anyone has information in regards to his whereabouts, to please call.
FOWLER is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 6’2” tall, 180 pounds, with a slim build and a fair complexion.
