Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 44-year-old man.
Joseph Lauren Veinot was reported missing to police on May 7 and was last seen on May 6 in the Spryfield area of Halifax. He is described as approximately 5’9” tall, 165 lbs., shaved head and blue eyes. He was wearing white loafer style shoes, jeans and a red sweater with “East Coast Lifestyle” on the chest.
There is no information to suggest that Joseph has met with foul play, however, police and his family are concerned for his well-being.
Police are asking Joseph or anyone with information on his whereabouts to call police at 902-490-5020. Anonymous tips can be sent to Crime Stoppers by calling toll-free 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), submitting a secure web tip at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca or by using the P3 Tips app.
