The Chatham-Kent Police Service is investigating the report of a missing person.

Franco BASANEZE (45) of Merlin was reported missing on Tuesday, March 15, 2022. He was last seen around 10:30 p.m. on Monday, March 14, 2022 in the area of Rivard Line in Grande Pointe. He was operating a grey 2009 Ford Fusion bearing Ontario license plate CBSZ 696.

He is described as 5’3, 160lbs, brown eyes, and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie and blue pants with boots.
