The Halton Regional Police Service is attempting to locate Andrew OFFOR-JAMES who was last seen mid September 2024, in the area of Orion Court in Oakville.
Andrew OFFOR-JAMES is described as; a black male, 24 years of age, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, 180 pounds with a slim/athletic build. Andrew was last seen with short black hair, goatee, brown eyes and sometimes wears black framed prescription glasses.
Mr. OFFOR-JAMES’ family is concerned for his well-being.
Police are asking anyone with information to call 911 or the HRPS non-emergency number at 905-825 4747, ext. 2210.
