Missing Man from Edmonton, Alberta – Dusten McMillan, 23 [Since 2010]

Also known as Dusten PAYNE or Cody RYAN. He has brown hair, blue eyes, with tattoo of cross on left middle finger, Grim Reaper tattoo on right upper arm, and “high times” tattoo on left shoulder.

Last seen in Edmonton September 30, 2010. MCMILLAN had discussed returning home to Ontario, but has had no contact with friends or family since the date he was last seen.
