Sarnia police say 11-year-old Ashanti Johnson, who was reported missing Tuesday morning, has been located and is safe.
She had last been seen in the area of Trudeau Drive and York Crescent at approximately 7:20 a.m.
Police are thanking the public for help in finding her.

The Sarnia Police Service is requesting the community’s assistance in locating a missing 11 year old female, Ashanti JOHNSON.
Ms. JOHNSON is described as an indigenous female, approximately 5’2, weighing approximately 120 pounds. She has a medium complexion, long brown hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a light blue t shirt, and grey sweatpants, white air force running shoes with a blue check mark on them.
She was last seen on todays date in the area of Trudeau Dr, and York Cres at approximately 7:20am.
