The Sûreté du Québec is asking for the public’s help to locate 15-year-old Sheley-Anne Echaquan Niquay of Saint-Thomas. She was last seen on September 3, 2026 leaving an educational establishment in the Joliette area and may still be in that sector. Her loved ones have reason to fear for her health and safety.
