The Lakeshore Regional Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Megan Pfefferle, who was last seen leaving the K5 Healing Lodge in Sucker Creek First Nation, Alberta, on September 26, 2025. Despite search efforts, she remains missing as of September 29, 2025, with recent reports placing her in the High Prairie area.
Police believe Megan may be staying with friends in the community. Her family and officers are concerned for her safety and are asking for the community’s help in locating her.
