The Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) is asking for the public’s help to locate 14-year-old Raphael, who was last seen on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, in the area of Poplar Street and Olive Avenue in Oshawa.
Police are concerned for Raphael’s well-being and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
