The Halton Regional Police Service has requested the help of the public to locate a missing 9-year-old from Oakville.
Alex Vernieorov was last known to be in the area of Third Line Road and Upper Middle Road West in Oakville at 7:50 p.m. Friday evening.
Vernieorov is autistic and non-verbal, but will respond to his name.
He is described as 4’9 tall, thin build with short blond hair (shorter than in the attached photo). He was wearing a blue St Joan of Arc Catholic school t-shirt, light blue shorts, blue running shoes and was riding a non-electric grey scooter.
