Stratford Police received a tip that a Manitoba woman suspected of abducting her 3-year-old daughter could be in the area.
According to RCMP, 35-year-old Holly Malleck is wanted for parental abduction of a person under 14, after allegedly taking custody of her daughter Amelia with intent to deprive the father of his parental rights.
RCMP say there’s no reason to believe the child is in danger, however a warrant for Malleck’s arrest has been issued.
She is described as 5’3″, approximately 200 lbs with red hair and brown eyes, though officials note her appearance may have changed.
Amelia is described as 3’2″, approximately 35 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.
