Help Us Update Missing Person Reports
Just one person operates the website so sometimes a Missing Person might be found but may be still listed on our website. You can help us by letting us know if someone has been found. We have made this really easy to do! In the top right corner of each post you will see this button:
Click on it and a form will open up:
Under details it would help if you would provide a link to an actual Police or Media report stating that the individual has been located. Also please check the dates on the located report as sometimes people go missing multiple times and you may be reporting to us an old release.
Help Us Report A Missing Person
Is there a person missing in Canada that is not located on our website? You can submit to us missing person reports using this link http://missingpeople.ca/submit/
Important: In order for us to list a person as missing you must provide us with a link to an actual Police or Media report. We will not post missing person reports that are not verified by the Police.
Help Us By Sharing Posts
You can help us, and the loved ones of people missing in Canada, by sharing our Posts both from our website, facebook page and twitter accounts. It is really simple to do as each post on our website has THREE groups of Share buttons. Here are examples:
Clicking on those will share the post on Facebook, Twitter and other Social Media sites or even let you email someone.
Help Us By Donating
Missing People Canada is run entirely on a voluntary basis. We receive no funding to operate our sites other then what is donated to us. Some of the costs associated with this site is Web Hosting costs and Annual Domain Registration. Other fee’s that we may have are used on improving our site design and other features such as our Android App and hopefully a future IOS app that can be used on iphones and ipads.
