Cavan’s last known whereabouts were in the area of Melvin Avenue and Parkdale Avenue North

Gender and Ethnicity: White male
Approximately 5’10” (178 cm) tall
Approximately 150 lbs (68 kg)
Short brown hair
Beard
Sleeve-style tattoo on the right arm and a tattoo of three skulls on the left calf
Sometimes seen wearing eyeglasses
