🚨 Missing Man Last Seen in Toronto – May 12, 2023
It’s been over two years since 37-year-old Nathan Wise vanished from Toronto, Ontario, leaving behind a heartbroken family still searching for answers. Nathan, who has Down syndrome, had recently moved to Toronto and was last seen near Jane Street and Sheppard Avenue West on the evening of Friday, May 12, 2023.
Despite numerous leads, extensive searches by Toronto and Waterloo Regional Police, and a large number of flyers posted throughout multiple Ontario communities, Nathan’s whereabouts remain unknown. He may have been spotted days later near Puslinch, though that sighting was unconfirmed. His family believes he was attempting to travel to Kitchener, where he had deep roots and where his father had recently passed away.
Family and friends describe Nathan as highly sociable, passionate about sports, and someone who is independent depending on the environment. He left home that day with only $20 and none of his personal belongings, phone, or ID.
Posters have been distributed across Guelph, Milton, Waterloo, Puslinch, and Toronto. Search and rescue teams, canine units, and transit agencies have been involved, but the mystery remains unsolved. On the second anniversary of his disappearance, loved ones renewed their public plea for answers.
