The Dangerous Person Alert that was sent out earlier today, Monday, Dec. 30, 2024, has now been cancelled.
The 38-year-old man police were searching for has been located.
At approx. 3:40 p.m., we received tips from the public in relation to the suspect’s vehicle being parked along a road in the Water Valley area. Upon arrival, police located the suspect near his vehicle deceased.
At this time, police are no longer looking for a suspect in relation to the homicides that occurred on Sunday, Dec. 29, 2024.
Autopsies for both victims will take place on Friday, Jan. 3, 2025.
No further information is available at this time.
