Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) Criminal Investigations Bureau is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old youth, Jada Balgobin. Jada was last seen in the downtown area of St. Catharines on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, and was reported missing from a different region on February 20, 2026. Detectives have taken over the investigation and are concerned for her wellbeing.
