The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 13-year-old, Isaiah. Isaiah was last seen on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, in the Parliament Street and Shuter Street area of Toronto, Ontario.
Police are concerned for their safety and are asking anyone with information to come forward.

- Height: 5’5″ (165 cm)
- Weight: 146 lbs (66 kg)
- Build: Medium
- Hair: Short, afro-style
- Eyes: Brown
- Other: Light/fair complexion, clean-shaven, carrying a black Puma backpack
- Last Seen Wearing: A dark green sweater, black shorts, and white shoes
- Last Seen: September 23, 2026, in the Parliament Street and Shuter Street area of Toronto, ON
