The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person. Semed, 46, was last seen on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 in the Bloor Street West and Ossington Avenue area. Semed is 5’10” with a thin build, a shaved head and a scruffy beard, and was last seen wearing a grey and black checkered jacket, grey pants, white Converse shoes and carrying a black backpack. Police are concerned for their safety.
