The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 20-year-old Lena Starr. She was last seen on Friday, July 3rd, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. in the North End area of Winnipeg.

• Height: 5’3″ (160 cm)
• Build: Thin
• Hair: Black
• Eyes: Brown
• Last Seen Wearing: Dark blue hoodie, grey camouflage pants and green shoes
• Last Seen: July 3, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. in the North End area, Winnipeg
