PARKLAND RCMP is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 13-year-old boy, Harley Houle. He was last seen on March 23, 2026 in Parkland County and may possibly be in Spruce Grove with Zachery Germain (who is also missing). Police are concerned for his wellbeing.
