The Regina Police Service reports that a 15 year-old-female, Celia-Ray MOSHENKO, who was the subject of a news release, issued May 23, 2018, has been located, safe and sound,.

The Regina Police Service thanks the public and the media for their assistance in this matter.





The Regina Police Service is asking the public for their help in locating a 15 year-old female.

Fifteen year-old Celia-Ray MOSHENKO was last seen on the 100 block of Petersmeyer Street in Regina at approximately 11:00 a.m. on May 18, 2018. MOSHENKO is described as female, Indigenous, 5’2”, approximately 120 lbs., with shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes. Noticeable markings include a piercing on her nose and pierced ears.

There is no reason to believe that MOSHENKO has come to harm, however police need to locate her to ensure that she is safe.

Anyone with information that could assist police in locating Celia-Ray MOSHENKO are asked to contact the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500, or your local law enforcement agency, or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
