The Regina Police Service can confirm that twelve-year-old Jersey STONECHILD, who was the subject of an earlier “missing person” news release, has been located, safe.

This matter is now concluded. The Regina Police Service thanks the media and the public for their assistance in this matter.



The Regina Police Service is asking the public for their help in locating a 12 year-old-female.

Twelve year-old Jersey STONECHILD was last seen in the 1700 block of Elphinstone Street in Regina, at approximately 7:40pm on February 26, 2018. Jersey STONECHILD is described as Indigenous, 5’1”, 120lb, and brown hair (A photograph is attached). There is no reason to believe Jersey STONECHILD has come to harm, however she is vulnerable because of her age and police need to locate her to ensure that she is safe.

Anyone with information that could assist police in locating Jersey STONECHILD are asked to contact the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500, or your local law enforcement agency, or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
