The Regina Police Service is happy to confirm that fourteen year-old Celia-Ray MOSHENKO, who was the subject of an earlier “missing person” news release, has been located, safe and sound.

The Regina Police Service is asking the public’s help in locating a missing youth who was last seen in Regina on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at 4:30 a.m. on the 100 block of Petersmeyer Street.
Fourteen year-old Celia-Ray MOSHENKO, is described as Indigenous, approximately 5’1” tall, 160 lbs., with long, straight, black hair and brown eyes.
There is no evidence to believe that MOSHENKO has come to harm, however she is a young person and police need to locate her to ensure she is safe.
