The missing 15-year-old female from Whitby has been located safe and sound.

The DRPS would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance with this Missing Person investigation



Durham police are still trying to contact a missing Whitby teen. Sara Mersereau, 15, was last seen at her foster home in Whitby on January 4 and police haven’t been able to get a hold of her. She has gone missing in the past and last time, she was found in Orillia. She’s described as white with a medium build, brown shoulder-length hair and a light freckled complexion. She was last seen wearing a 3/4 length black winter coat and black Nike pants. Anyone who knows where Mersereau is can call police at 905-579-1520 ext. 1851 or ext. 1847.
