David Sullivan has been missing for three months and Vancouver police are once again appealing to the public for help in the search.
“We continue to look for Mr. Sullivan and are very concerned for his health and well-being,” media relations officer Sgt. Aaron Roed said in a press release. “We are asking the public for help in locating him.”
The 61-year-old, who police say has dementia and diabetes, was last seen on June 27. Surveillance footage shows him walking in the area of Gore and Alexander streets. He was reported missing three days later on July 1.
Investigators initially believed they found Sullivan in the U.S., but later announced that “further investigation confirmed that person was not, in fact, Mr. Sullivan.”
Sullivan is described as bald with a round face and heavy build. He stands between 5’10” and six feet tall and was last seen wearing a red and white checkered shirt and brown pants, and was carrying a blue gym bag.
He is known to wear a tag around his neck with his address on it.
Anyone who sees David Sullivan should call 911 and remain with him until help arrives.
