Vicki was last seen around 3:00 p.m. on November 29, 2025. Her vehicle was located unoccupied with all her belongings inside. She is believed to have limited mobility and is likely within the surrounding area. Due to her current medical status and weather conditions, she is considered a vulnerable adult in need of medical attention.
