Portland Police are urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating James Moore, an 89-year-old Caucasian man considered endangered due to age and health issues. Case #25-335923.
James dropped his wife off at a store in the Jantzen Beach area around 1:30 p.m. on December 8, 2025 and was supposed to return at 2:45 p.m. but did not. He was last seen wearing a blue or grey coat, white and blue polo shirt, and possibly tan pants.
