UPDATE 7:35 A.M. FRIDAY MORNING: As the search continues for the missing 7-year-old, Chilliwack RCMP say they are not requesting any assistance with search efforts at this time. Police say volunteer assistance is not needed at this stage of the search for the missing 7-year-old.

CHILLIWACK — Chilliwack RCMP members are asking for the public’s help in locating a 7-year-old girl who was reported missing on Thursday, May 1.
According to a statement from B.C. RCMP spokesperson Staff Sergeant Kris Clark from RCMP E Division, Mounties are appealing for help in locating Lily Coursol, who was last seen around 4 p.m. in the 50800 block of Winona Road in the Chilliwack River Valley.
Police say Lily apparently followed her neighbour’s dogs into a wooded area but did not return with them. An air and ground search are currently underway.
Description of Lily:
Caucasian girl
7 years
4 ft (122 cm)
light brown hair
brown eyes
She was last seen wearing all pink clothing.
