Richmond RCMP issue second appeal for public’s assistance in locating missing person Kari Anne Stiele-Jules.

Since Kari Anne’s disappearance, police have followed up on several leads, including a tip of a possible sighting of Kari Anne in Vancouver in the area of West Pender and Bute on October 17, 2024. Despite all efforts to locate her, Kari Anne remains missing.

Kari Anne is described as:

Indigenous female;
36-years;
5’5;
Brown eyes;
Long Brown hair.

Kari Anne was last seen wearing a dark purple scarf, white t-shirt, black jacket, grey sweatpants and black shoes. Based on the subsequent missing person investigation, Richmond RCMP believe that Kari Anne may also be wearing a veil and head covering.

Kari Anne is known to frequent downtown Vancouver.
