Fort Smith RCMP is appealing to the public for information regarding the disappearance of Frank Gruben, as he has been missing for nine days. Authorities are specifically seeking details about the days leading up to his last sighting.
According to an email from an RCMP spokesperson, there have been limited tips to pursue thus far. Frank Gruben, aged 30, was last seen in Fort Smith on May 6, although earlier reports indicated his last sighting was one day prior. It was only the following week that police announced his disappearance, prompting a community-led search that commenced last Thursday.
The Fort Smith RCMP is assisting as necessary and actively following up on any leads that arise. Staff Sergeant Kurtis Pillipow emphasized the importance of gathering information about Frank Gruben’s activities in the days preceding his vanishing, including insights into his friendships and personal connections both within and outside the Fort Smith community.
Frank Gruben is described as an Inuk individual with black hair and brown eyes. He stands approximately six feet tall and weighs around 80 kilograms.
