🚨 Missing youth in Regina, Saskatchewan – Arabella Cook, 12 – Last Seen January 9 2026

The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that could assist in locating a missing 12-year-old youth, Arabella Cook. Arabella was last seen on January 9, 2026, at approximately 9:00 a.m. near Elphinstone Street and 13th Avenue. There is no evidence to believe Arabella has come to harm, however, they are considered at risk due to their age, and police would like to locate them to ensure their safety.
