The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that could assist in locating 43 year-old Yvonne MANLEY. MANLEY was last seen in 2023 in Regina.
MANLEY is described as 5’7”, 150 pounds, with a thin build. MANLEY has black, short, curly hair and brown eyes.
There is no evidence to believe MANLEY has come to harm, however, police would like to locate them to ensure their safety.
