The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 32-year-old female, Leah KEEPER.

KEEPER was reported missing on Tuesday, November 21st, 2023 and she was last seen on Friday, July 25th, 2023 in the area of Salter Ave. and Selkirk St., Winnipeg, Manitoba.

KEEPER is described as 5’3” in height, thin build, with medium length black hair and brown eyes.
