The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing 28 year old Kassandra HARPER.

HARPER was last seen on December 14, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in the Inkster Blvd and Powers St area of Winnipeg, Manitoba. HARPER is known to frequent the Downtown area.

HARPER is described as 5’6” in height, thin build, with black hair and black eyes. HARPER was last seen wearing a black jacket, black top, black pants, white sneakers and carrying a black book bag.

The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for HARPER’s wellbeing and is asking anyone with any information regarding their whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
