The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 47 year old female, Hao “Helen” LUO.
LUO was last seen in the evening of Tuesday, November 21st, 2023 in the area of Des Meurons Street and Pilgrim Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
LUO is described as 5’3” in height, average build, black shoulder length hair and brown eyes with glasses. LUO was last seen wearing a yellow jacket, beige sweater, dark jeans, black shoes and a black toque.
Police are concerned for LUO’s well-being and are asking anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.
