Missing Woman in Toronto, Ontario – Hailey Debungie, 21

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.

Hailey Debungie, 21, was last seen on Friday, November 18, 2022, at 12:30 p.m., in the Queen Street and Dowling Avenue area.

She is described as 5’9″, thin build, and has red and black hair. She was wearing square framed glasses, a black jacket, purple tights, and was carrying a black backpack.

Police are concerned for her safety.

A person can be reported missing at any time – there is no 24 hour waiting period. If you are concerned for someone’s immediate safety, call 9-1-1. Otherwise, you can report a person as missing to the Toronto Police Service by calling the non-emergency number 416-808-2222.
