The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is seeking the assistance of the general public in locating missing person Cecilia MERCER.
On 4/8/2020, the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary received a missing person report concerning 26 year old Cecilia MERCER. MERCER was last seen in the area Stabb Court in St. John’s, NL the evening of April 1, 2020.
Cecilia MERCER is described as being 6’0 ft, 140 lbs with short blond hair and brown eyes. When last seen, MERCER was wearing black leggings, a brown coat with fur on the hood and UGG boots.
The RNC Major Crime Unit is continuing the search and is seeking the assistance of the general public.
