The RNC is concerned for the safety and well being of a woman reported missing from St. John’s.

The RNC received a request for a wellness check on 36-year-old Angela Manning of St. John’s on November 19th, and the file has now been changed to a missing person’s case.

Manning is described as five feet, nine inches tall and approximately 140 pounds with long blonde hair and brown eyes.
