The North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 25-year-old woman, Heather Garrett.

Heather was last seen on December 19, 2025, in the North Cowichan/Duncan area. Police, friends, and family say it is out of character for Heather to be out of contact for this long.

Police are very concerned for Heather’s health and wellbeing.
