On December 30, 2025, Meadow Lake RCMP received a report of a missing 18-year-old woman, Karen. She was last in contact with loved ones on December 28, 2025. Investigators believe Karen was planning to travel from the Spiritwood area to the Meadow Lake area, but her current whereabouts are unknown.
