UPDATE:
Ridge Meadows RCMP would like to update the public that Rebecca Harbowy who was reported missing on November 23, 2023 is deceased.
On November 23, 2023, Rebecca Harbowy, a 36-year-old Maple Ridge resident, was last seen walking east on the Haney Bypass at Burnett Street in Maple Ridge at approximately 2:05 am.
This continues to be an active investigation and if you have any information which could help the Ridge Meadows RCMP you are encouraged to call the Ridge Meadows RCMP at 604-463-6251 and refer to File # 2023-23402.
The RCMP extends our condolences to the family and friends of Rebecca Harbowy. The Ridge Meadows RCMP would also like to thank the public, community partners and volunteers for their assistance with this investigation thus far.

Ridge Meadows RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing, 36-year-old Maple Ridge resident, Rebecca Harbowy.
Ms. Harbowy was last seen on November 23, 2023 at approximately 1:20 a.m. in the 11600 block of Laity Street in Maple Ridge.
Ms. Harbowy is described as:
A Caucasian female
5’6
170 lbs
Brown/red hair
Last seen wearing a grey Nike hoodie with black logo lettering on chest, black puma sweatpants with lettering on bottom left pant leg, and black and white Nike running shoes
Has multiple tattoos on hands, neck, torso, and back
