Laval police are looking for 21-year-old Ayah Abu Sheika. She left a treatment facility abruptly overnight, wearing a hospital gown.
Statements she made have raised concerns about her safety, Laval police said in a communiqué. She could be somewhere on the territory of Laval, they said, and is on foot.
Abu Sheika, who is Caucasian, is 5-foot-4, weighs 95 pounds and and speaks French. She has brown eyes and brown hair, and was wearing a hospital gown when last seen.
Anyone with information about Ayah Abu Sheika is asked to communicate, in confidence, with the Laval Info-Police line at 450-662-4636 or to call 911 and mention file number LVL-240811-010.
