🚨 Missing Teen in Sept-Îles, Quebec – Isaac Rich-Gabriel, 16 – Last Seen October 16, 2025
The Sûreté du Québec is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Isaac Rich-Gabriel, from Sept-Îles. He was last seen in the rue de La Vérendrye area and is believed to be travelling on foot. He could be in the Sept-Îles area, or in the nearby communities of Uashat or Maliotenam.
Police and family are concerned for Isaac’s health and safety and are asking the public to come forward with any information that could help locate him.

- Last Seen: In the rue de La Vérendrye area, Sept-Îles, possibly heading toward Uashat or Maliotenam
