Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 81-year-old man with Alzheimer’s who was last seen this morning in the Kensington-Cedar Cottage neighbourhood.
Norberto Bulosan left his home near Knight Street and East 29th Avenue at around 9 a.m. to go for his daily walk. Mr. Bulosan has a noticeable limp and uses a cane. His absence is out of character and his family is concerned for his well-being.
Mr. Bulosan is Asian, 5’2” tall, has a slim build and has short grey hair. He was last seen wearing a red, white and black checkered jacket, dark-coloured sweat pants, black shoes and was carrying a silver cane. He may be confused or disoriented and may ask for help.
Anyone who sees Norberto Bulosan is asked to call 9-1-1 and stay with him until first responders arrive.
