The Vancouver Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 78-year-old Ronald Carr, who went missing earlier today from the Victoria-Fraserview neighbourhood in Vancouver.
Ronald left his home near Harrison Drive and Southeast Marine Drive just before noon and has not been seen or heard from since. He has dementia, and police and family are deeply concerned for his well-being. Ronald is believed to be traveling on foot.

- Clothing: Black ball cap, dark grey jacket over a light grey hoodie, and black jogging pants
