The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) continues to seek the public’s assistance in locating a missing 66-year-old man.
On April 22, police issued a media release seeking information about the whereabouts of Brian Potts, 66.
Investigators have since learned he was seen at approximately 12:40 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2025, walking alone on Range Rd 21 south of Onoway, Alberta.
Brian is described as 5’8” tall, and 177 lbs, with a medium build, brown eyes and dark hair.
He was last seen wearing tan pants, a camouflage ball cap and a navy-blue Oilers hoodie.
Brian has medical concerns that may cause him to become disoriented and wander. As such, family and police are concerned for his welfare.
On the day Brian went missing, he reportedly approached several strangers asking for a lift. It is possible that he would have been approaching people in the Onoway area.
Anyone with information about Brian’s whereabouts is asked to contact the EPS at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone.
