🚨 MISSING PREGNANT WOMAN IN VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – KAEGAN GAMBLER, 26 – LAST SEEN SEPTEMBER 29, 2025
The Vancouver Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 26-year-old Kaegan Gambler, who is six months pregnant and requires urgent medical care.
Police say Kaegan walked out of St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver on September 29, 2025, and has not been seen or heard from since. Family and investigators are deeply concerned for her well-being.
Kaegan’s disappearance is considered high-risk due to her pregnancy and medical needs. Officers are asking anyone who may have seen her to come forward immediately.

- Age: 26
- Height: 5’7”
- Build: Slim, visibly pregnant (approximately six months)
- Hair: Shaved head
- Tattoo: Butterfly tattoo on the front of her neck
- Clothing: Unknown at time of disappearance
- Last Seen: St. Paul’s Hospital, Vancouver – September 29, 2025
