Laval police have turned to the public for help in locating Sylvain Latour, 57, who was last seen on Wednesday.
The resident of St-Félix-de-Valois, who is visiting a family member in Laval, uttered remarks his family found worrisome and has not been seen or heard from since.
Family members say they fear for his safety.
Latour stands 6 feet tall and weighs 154 pounds. He has grey hair and brown eyes. Police say he is driving a white 2012 Chevrolet Equinox with Quebec licence plate W96 PJE and has been known to go on long drives.
Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is urged to call the Laval police information line at 450-662-4636 or 911 and mention file LVL-220921-059.
